- We’ll start with a no obligation visit to your property or site, to discuss your requirements and ideas. We’ll measure the space and take a look for any special features or details. If you’d prefer we can discuss the project over the phone first.
- We’ll then put a cost together based on what you’ve asked and what we’ve seen.
- We can help with ideas and make suggestions. We can also source the tiles for you if required.
- Once the cost is agreed we’ll agree a start date that suits you and give you a schedule of the work.
- Whilst we are tiling we keep a strict tidy policy and make sure we clean up at the end of each day. We’ll aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
- Once the job is finished we’ll hand it over and make sure you are happy before we leave.
- We will then invoice you for the work with 30 days payment terms.
We will keep to this process where we can but as each job is different we will adapt to suit you and your needs.
